我們家有個很妙的Number Theory教授v



第五堂課

　　今天教授將上次收去改的homework problem發還給我們時提醒了我們幾件事...
　　他說：I am very strict
　　　　　when it comes to the accuracy on those problems. 　
　　　　　You should be able to spend as much time as you like on those,
　　　　　sine you all have no other classes, right?
　　全班：Yeah right.....（小聲：like that's going to happen）
　　他說：However. When it comes to the exams,
　　　　　If I see 2+2=5 on the paper.....
　　　　　I will ASSUME that you know 2+2 is.....what is it?! 4???
　　同學甲：Nope, it's 6.
　　他說：......so, is there any other question?
　　同學乙：Yes, since our exam is on next Wednesday,
　　　　　　when does the next H.W. due?
　　他說：That will be due on the day after the day after tomorrow.
　　同學乙：Huh...?
　　他說：Next next Monday.
　　同學乙：O.....k....*疑惑狀
　　同學丙：That will be 2/5, right?
　　教授：2/5??? I have no idea what you are talking about.
　　　　　I don't deal with dates, I deal with tomorrows.
　　全班：Orz.....


　　教授今天在課堂上又十分努力地講解了一個proof.
　　他說：*用力畫下最後一筆
　　　　　Is this good!?*興奮樣
　　全班：...*沉默+努力抄寫
　　他說：...remember, you are suppose to say yes no matter what~
　　同學丁：That, *指黑板
　　　　　　doesn't seem like it prove anything.
　　他說：oh, that hurts.......*哀怨



第六堂課

　　因為"Tomorrow"就是我們的第一次期中考，
　　所以教授稍微談了一下關於考試的事情
　　當他講解完基本的事情之後（長度、總分、該怎麼準備、等等等）
　　他說：By the way, if you leave any problem blank...
　　　　　Listen carefully! This ONLY works if you do not do any work
　　　　　about that problem at all.
　　全班：?
　　他說：You can write a joke there.
　　全班：囧?!
　　他說：And I will give you 1 credit.
　　　　　But make sure you don't write something like...
　　　　　"This test is a big joke" or
　　　　　"My performance on this test is a big joke"
　　　　　Seen too many of those, not fun anymore.
　　他說：AND, make sure you don't write a joke that is this－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－－long.
　　　　　Better spend your time on something better....
　　同學甲：Can we write one for extra credit?
　　他說：Haha......NO.
　　　　　And you can only do this ONCE per exam.
　　　　　So you can't just write 10 jokes on there, ONLY 1 counts.
　　全班：Oh......*失望狀
